New member joins Movement

The Light & Islamic Review (US), July/August 1992 Issue (Vol. 69, No. 4, pp. 13–14)

Editor’s note: Given below are extracts from a letter received from Ibadan, Nigeria, at our London centre.

I hereby whole-heartedly declare to be a member of your Movement for the service of Islam….

Glory to Almighty Allah for guiding me to come across your publication The Ahmadiyya Movement. From there I know your Movement has the same doctrines as my former one, Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam, Nigeria. Having gone through the book and some other publications you sent me, i.e., The Prophet of Islam, Ahmadiyyat in the Service of Islam, The Founder of the Ahmadiyya Movement, Testimony of the Holy Quran, and The Religion of Islam, I then realized that I have been missing a lot about Islam as well as the Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam. It was this that gears me up to solemnly declare to join Ahmadiyya Anjuman Ishaat-e-Islam, so as to increase my knowledge about Islam, as well as being able to put it into practice.…

Please send me the baiat [pledge] form and other things for initiation into the Movement.
