Miss Particia, a West Indian Christian girl residing in UK, embraced Islam at the hands of Dr. Nazirul Islam, Imam and missionary Incharge AAII (Lahore) London on Sunday the 18th February 1979 and was renamed Fatimah.

Fatimah has been attending the meetings and functions of the Ahmadiyya Anjuman Ishaat-i-Islam (London) United Kingdom since more than six months. She was introduced to Islam and Ahmadiyya Movement by Mrs. Rehana Ishmael, a Muslim lady originally hailing from West Indies and now a member of the Executive Committee of Ahmadiyya Anjuman Ishaat-i-Islam (London) UK. Fatimah decided to become a Muslim after studying Islamic literature. Dr. Naizirul Islam explained the salient features of the teachings of Islam to the lady convert in the presence of a gathering of members and made her join the faith of Islam by reciting the Kalimah:

“I bear witness that there is no God but Allah and I bear witness that Mohammad is His servant and apostle.”

Mrs. J. Khan, President Ahmadiyya Anjuman Ishaat-i-Islam (London) UK, was also present at this function.
