Proofs from the Holy Quran of the Existence of God — A Summary of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad’s Arguments
Edited and translated by Imam Kalamazad Mohammed
Another point of consideration is that the world is either eternal or it is created. If we should hold the former viewpoint, we would be making a mistake again, for we consider something eternal only if it is not in need of any external being, force or object. However, we observe that everything in the world is dependent on some outside help. For example, if there were no rain, the earth could provide nothing by itself. Thus, this proves that the world is not eternal and thus if it is not so, it has to be created, and creation needs a creator. It is this Creator we call God.
