- The Holy Quran Search Engine — Based on the translations of Maulana Muhammad Ali, Maulana Ghulam Hassan Khan Niazi of Peshawar and Maulana Sadr-ud-Din:
- The text of the Urdu translation (Husn-e-Bayan) by Maulana Ghulam Hassan Khan Niazi of Peshawar is being added to the search engine (Chapters 4 to 12 added) [Added: 1 to 11 Feb]
- This project has now been finalised — All 114 chapters of this Urdu translation of the Holy Quran have been added to our search engine
- New feature: The ‘Chapter list’ now also shows a search bar which will allow users to search for a chapter by typing its number or name. The name can be searched in either English or Arabic [Added: 4 Feb]
- New feature: When searching the text of an Urdu translation via ‘Form B’, highlighting will now be applied to the searched term in both the Urdu translations (when both are selected in ‘Languages to Display’) [Added: 18 Feb]
- New feature: The coding of our search engine has been upgraded. This will now result in faster searches [Added: 18, 24 and 25 Feb]
- New feature: An ‘Arabic reading’ mode has been added when viewing a chapter of the Holy Quran. If this option is selected the Arabic text of the chapter will be shown in continuous text format to emulate a printed Holy Quran. This feature will be useful for visitors wishing to recite the Holy Quran in Arabic [Added: 26 Feb]
